Notes:
MY GRANDMOTHER WAS A VERY ACTIVE TEMPLE WORKER WHO WENT TO THE TEMPLE PRETTY MUCH EVERY DAY. I DON’T KNOW WHAT SHE DID IN THE TEMPLE SHE COULD’VE BEEN PASSING OUT CLOTHING OR SHE COULD’VE BEEN DOING CLEANING. I DON’T SEE HER TAKING A ROLE IN THE CEREMONY BECAUSE SHE WAS SO SOFT SPOKEN THAT I DON’T THINK SHE WOULD LIKE THAT ROLE.
EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS WAS EXTREMELY ACTIVE IN THE CHURCH WHEN SOMEONE WOULD MENTION SOME THEORY OR THINK THEY UNDERSTOOD SOME HIGHFALUTIN DOCTRINE SHE WOULD SAY “OH THAT’S JUST TEMPLE TALK.” THOSE WERE HER WORDS ABOUT BEING PHILOSOPHICAL AND THINK YOU UNDERSTAND THE ETERNITIES. SHE WAS THE MOST WONDERFUL LADY BUT SHE DIDN’T HAVE TIME TO DISCUSS THE ETERNITIES. SHE WOULD MUCH RATHER BE DOING SOMETHING TO HELP SOMEBODY WHETHER IT WAS KNITTING OR CROCHETING OR WHATEVER SHE WAS INTO HELPING PEOPLE RATHER THAN DISCUSSING DOCTRINE.
