Japan Attacks the US

Shorty after CRW’s 15th birthday, on December 7, 1941, Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. It was a Sunday and CRW was coming home from Church when he got the news. 

 Everything changed 

This event was a catalyst igniting the Greatest Generation’s heroic actions defeating Fascism and Evil in the World. Clayton Ray Williams was at the heart of the heroic efforts of this great generation.

No she didn’t die in an airplane. However, this picture depicts her wonderful sense of adventure and fun–which was handed down to her daughter Florence. Subsequently, CRW inherited the fun-adventure-spirit as well.
