Bought a 1-1/2 acre lot in Mt. Olympus Acres #7 which look fairly flat when I bought it, but it turned out to have quite a slope to it.  It was covered with oak brush and sagebrush and had a wonderful view of the Salt Lake Valley to the west and a gorgeous view of Mt. Olympus to the east which had beautiful color changes in the different seasons of the year.
