• Postponted Jeff Hein’s portrait demo of Doug Fabrizio until after Adele’s Funneral.****************** 
• Adele dies on Jan 7th..Jan 16 song practice for Adels funeral with my kids and with big disagreement as to what song to sing.  Doug Worsley wanted “In a Garden” but kids did it poorly so we thought aboutdoidoing “Ding Dong Daddy”..Cathy arrives on 17th and **********
• Adele’s funeral on the 18th.    I was the lead off speaker and had fun doing it and think Adele would like what I had  to say…kids sang Ding Dong Daddy…argument with Louise about changing songs…Feb 1 ESW flies to Palm Desert for a 1 month stay.************
• CRW spends the week of Feb 9- 15 in Palm Desert.*******
• Feb 16 bless Charles Clayton Miner at Emily’s ward in Logan spent a wonderful day with Clayt’s family going to and coming home from Logan and in their Logan home. Olympus baseball watching Spencer shoot 3’s and going to state tournament..***********
• ESW said “I don’t want to see people after being embarrassed at ******Boyd Farr’s funeral.
• Print invitation to hold Hein/Fabrzio event in Dumke auditorium at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts with UMFA helping with the costs .  Trying to get Rod Haarris to sell me the Ottinger ptg for $10000 so I can  sell it to David H for $15000.*******
• Con Hansons funeral on March 8.****************
• On March 9 ESW agreed with me and her 4 sons to have a helper come in to the house several times per week to assist her.Her name is Mafe and Darrell Nilson uses her and say she is wonderful to be with.ESW has lost her car keys and her iPad.CRW getting computer help from ian Becker for $15 per hour.****************
• March 14 Hein/Fabrizio event a big success, but no painting commissions afterwards, too bad. Isaac ordained an Elder on March 23 with dinner after at Flories…,,sold John Hafen “Hobblecreek” painting to Sue Gaskill……March 28 Grand Opening of Modern West Fine Art which is a partnership gallery for Diane Stewart and Donna Poulton. They have decided to handle modern western paintings and have located at 2nd south and 2nd east in SLC….very lavish opening and lavish gallery, but not my taste as to gallery decor……WFA trying to buy Ottinger painting from Rod Harris in San Diego, but he is being stubborn about selling it……WHEN YOU FORGIVE, YOU DON’T CHANGE THE PAST YOU CHANGE THE FUTURE…I bought new iPhone 5s at Apple store in Fashion Place Mall and I like the phone very much…..worked with Ian to sync new phone with computer and get all new and old date in both the phone and the MacBookPro computer…..on April 3 CRW meets with Ralph Hardy and Roger Doxey to get Ralph to agree to get the 4 reels of old 16 mm  movies converted to digital….Ralph agrees and turns the 4 reels over to Roger…..saw Dr. Udall who said that because I can’t seem to get my digestive tract working well, that I should see Dr. Joseph Merrill with IHC in Bountiful……went to Norwegian mission reunion on April 4 and had a good visit with Mac Lawrence who has just married a Norwegian member of the Church…..always good to see Jerry Dean and President Sherm Gowans at these reunions….April 5 had a good time with Dan and Clayt and Dan’s kids at general Priesthood  meeting with dinner after at same restaurant we have been going to for many many years on 4/8 Dr. Hair puts major bridge in upper right side, but it is too short so that will have to build another one…took Rotary club members through the Artand Soup exhibit at the Salt Palace….Linda Kruse the Rotary secretary is always very helpful to include me in important Rotary events…….*****
• 4/12 Irene Gaddis viewing and funeral at Wasatch Lawn..I had a good visit with many of the Covey family….Piano Music program at Gardner hall which I contributed to because of Russ Ballard’s son Craig and  his wife Melissa who is Bob Garff’s daughter were in charge and raising money for the U music school….Wally Beck’s friend buys Hein’s “Christ Healing Blind Man” for  $12000 which I give to Carl Barton to pay him back for his free legal service he has done for me…..finish income tax and postpone filing until October……..
• ON JUNE 3, THE SALT LAKE ROTARY CLUB HONORED ME FOR HAVING CREATED THE SALT LAKE ROTARY FOUNDATION IN 1977 WHEN I WAS PRESIDENT OF THE CLUB..THEY GAVE ME A WONDERFUL TRIBUTE AND THEN PRESENTED ME WITH LALIQUE VASE WITH THE INSCRIPTION “THANK YOU FOR YOUR VISION AND DEDICATION…SALT LAKE ROTARY FOUNDATION” and the day’s Club program had a photo of me and a history of the Foundation, as follows:

*******Today (June 11,2014) Doug Worsley came in the gallery for a visit and told me that he has made a deal with the man from Princeton avenue (who he has talked with for a year) concerning the man’s offer to buy Adele’s home for himself…he wants to live in the rental home on the property with his wife and kids while he remodels the main home (maybe adding a 2nd story to the home)..this deal is subject to 2 provisions which are getting the appraisal of the property done and obtaining financing which should be done by mid August….Doug says that he thinks the man can obtain adequate financing and that Doug won’t budge from their present deal even if the appraisal is lower than the agreed purchase price……All of Adeles furniture and paintings are being appraised by “All In The Family” to be eventually divided up amng Adele’s descendants when the appraisal is complete…Doug wants to donate the large LeConte painting to the “U” but the rest of the family wants to sell it and split the proceeds

*******2 WEEKS AGO (early June) HAD A LONG VISIT WITH DONNA,,SHE SAID SHE QUIT DIANE AFTER 3 DAYS WORKING WITH HER BECAUSE “SHE DID NOT LIKE THE WAY DIANE RUNS HER BUSINESS”  I DON’T KNOW THAT THAT MEANS, BUT DONNA SAID THEY ARE NOT SPEAKING TO EACH OTHER BUT HAD AGREED NOT TO HOLD A SUSTAINED GRUDGE…DONNA HAS TO STAY IN SLC BECAUSE OF HER HUSBANDS WORK….I TOLD DONNA SHE COULD SELL ANY OF MY PAINTINGS LIKE I WORK WITH ELLE WHERE I TELL THEM WHAT I NEED FOR A PAINTING AND THEY SELL IT FOR WHATEVER THEY WANT TO….DONNA HAS A SHOW AT CODY MUSEUM, FINNISHING A BOOK ON THE TETON PAINTERS IN OCTOBER 2014 AND SHE AND VERN WILL START WORKING ON A NEW DICTIONARY TO REPLACE THE OLD ONE IN JANUARY AND FINISH THE DICTIONARY IN ONE YEAR…DONNA SAID DIANE HAS HIRED LAUREN HUERERA AND ANOTHER GIRL TO REPLACE DONNA

*************6/11/14 Meet Whitney Meier at Orthopedic for beginning of training I have done no exercise for one year and working on managing my enzyme therapy and opened a new business which has taken up a lot of my time need work on legs especially but also heart lung out of shape …I have the workout exercises you gave to me a year ago…..can I begin following that exercise regime working slowly at first. Plus I am a caretaker at home

*********3pm on 6/15/14 My kids came to cheer me up on Fathers Day as I try to deal with arythmia  carrying a heart monitor.. withme for 24 hours to record what my heart rythum is doing…..CLAYT, DENISE, LOUISE, FLORIE AND STEVE CAME IN AND CATHY CALLED ME FROM MESA…WE TALKED ABOUT MY FEELING SO STRESSED OVER ESW’S ANGER THAT I AM HAVING ARRYTHMIA AND THEY SUGGESTED REGULAR MASSAGES AND A GOOD COUNSELLOR LIKE JIM POULTON OR JANINE WHO JIM RECEOMMENDED ONCE BEFORE..LOUISE SUGGESTED LIVING APART LIKE GRANDY AND  PAPA DID (UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS)…OR ONE OF US MOVING OUT….THE CONCLUSION REACHED WAS COUNSELLING AND MASSAGE…….CLAYT SUGGESTED THE SIBLINGS  AND I MEETING TOGETHER ONCE PER MONTH TO TALK ABOUT LIFE WHICH I WOULD LIKE VERY MUCH…..AFTER THEY LEFT 

*******DOUG STEVENS CALLED TO WISH ME A HAPPY FATHERS DAY AND I OPENED UP TO HIM ABOUT HOW MUCH ANGER I AM GETTING FROM ELAINE AND HOW IT IS UPSETTING ME TO THE POINT THAT I WENT TO ER LAST NIGHT WITH ARRYTHMIA AND DOUG WAS VERY SYMPATHETIC AND APPRECIATIVE AND SUGGESTED THE ELAIN GO BACK TO DR. PARKIN TO SEE WHAT HE MIGHT SUGGEST FOR HER DEPRESSION, ANGER AND LACK OF SLEEP,…..I WAS HAPPY TO TALK TO DOUG ABOUT THE PROBLEM OF ELAINE’S ANGER.

**************Dan and Cynth and Kaite and Taylor cam to see me at about 6pm and we had a good visit, comparing Dan’s light-headedness to mine….but Dan explained that his can be associated with migraine headaches which are brought on by stress…he has had migraines which have left him with a vision problem where he cannot read what is on the written page in front of him.

******I have an appointment with Dr. Jeff Anderson on6/19/14 for him to read my arrhythmia monitor and the results of tests at ER from last Saturday and have him advise me as to how to deal with arrhythmia which seems to come on me as a result of stress with ESW.

************6-19-14 Saw Dr JeffAnderson told him about the major stress over the last 9months trying to deal with my wife’s anger and dimentia  Dr Parkin is giving her sleeping pills and tranquilizers. These pills help her combination of OCD and Alzheimer’s. I plan to start with stress counsellor and have just started personal trainer a week ago. I need to find a way to live with her anger which is verbal and letters written in the middle of the night when she can’t sleep as she forgets to take her sleeping pills.  I am trying to deal with my wife’s OCD and dimentia for the last 9 months all of which came to a powerful head for me last Saturday…met with Dr. Anderson who said I did have many 4000 pvc’s when i went to ER…the normal would be 3000..but I don’t have to worry about dying from my kind of arrhythmia…I need to avoid stress by getting away from ESW’s anger or learning to deal with it…..I can change my blood pressure medication but since my blood pressure is already low, I would double that medication only in an emergency

HDL (good cholesteral) is 39,… LDL(bad cholesteral) is 43,… ratio is 2.54, …triglycerides is 55…Hailey says all of these numbers are good.
