Early Years
Born in the front bedroom of at 339 L Street in Salt Lake City, Utah on December 3, 1926. Clayton Ray Williams, the youngest of Gilbert & Florence Williams.
Growing Up
Shadowed in the Great Depression, we were fortunate. My father purchased a summer cabin in Holiday Park and also a new Steinway grand piano.
Schooling
Ensign Grade School Class & Student Body President, Bryant Jr. High’s valedictorian, East High School basketball, football & tennis. Clayton loves sports!
World War II
At the University of Utah Clayton tried out for the National Championship basketball team. Before the season started, he enlisted in the Coast Guard and served in the North Atlantic
