Built new house at 4187 Neptune Drive on 1-1/2 acre lot in Mount Olympus Acres #7.  It took 9 months for the architect/builder Dick Prows to finish the home and I went to the house everyday for those 9 months to supervise the construction and ALSO TO INSTALL THE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM MYSELF, except I hired a welder to weld some of the pipes which went in the floor joists and concrete floor to create a radiant heating system in addition to the air heating and cooling system I installed except for making the air ducts.
