Played #1 doubles on tennis team with my cousin partner, Rex Williams. We lost in state finals to Lehi whom we had beaten earlier in the year.

Attended East High, took bus and streetcar to go to and from school

CRW lettered in football (played position of center on “C” team playing defense an offense every game except one when he had to sit on bench because he had injured his back in a previous game…

I played point guard on “C” basketball team and was given “All-City” recognition
